Service Desk Coordinator

Full-Time | $45,000/year ($21.63/hr)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location: In-office in Chanhassen, MN (1 remote day/week after training)


About the Role

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll manage multiple service requests simultaneously-like handling mini projects from start to finish. You'll be the key point of contact between clients and technicians, ensuring requests are completed quickly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, create, and manage service tickets
  • Assign technicians and coordinate resources
  • Communicate with clients and provide updates
  • Track progress and ensure timely resolution
  • Review and close tickets, including billing accuracy

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of admin, coordination, or related experience
  • (Recent grads with strong organization skills encouraged to apply)
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Billing/AP experience is a plus
